RECREATION MAPPING

Paragon recognizes the changing face of the
resort and recreation industries, the move to year-round operations and the need
for a new approach to resort development. Paragon has developed unique and
innovative methods of mapping recreation areas by using a combination of GPS,
GIS, Image Processing, and Terrain Visualization. Completed projects include
both downhill and cross country ski resort mapping, and route mapping for back
country skiing, hiking, kayaking, and cycling. A full range of mapping services are available enabling resorts to efficiently manage trail and run inventories, and assist in the transition from single season to multi-season use. Paragon offers services to resorts ranging from trail location development, ski hill terrain analysis, cable analysis (lift placement), and advertisement & graphic design. |
